  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Free on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery Area: We ship globally, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Non-Returnable Items: For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned:
  • Opened Bed Pillows & Bedding.
  • Used or lit Candles & Scents.
  • Personal Bath Accessories.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or final sale items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
• Process: Contact customer care within 15 days to initiate a return/exchange. An RMA number is required.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
