Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We proudly offer global delivery! Please note, delivery to some remote areas in Asia and other locations may be limited. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch. After that:

Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse in Tucson, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link. You can use this to follow your package’s journey every step of the way with the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
Do you ship large items like furniture?
Yes, we do! For larger items like Bedroom Furniture, Chairs & Recliners, or Dining Sets, we recommend ensuring someone is available to help receive the package. Our carriers will deliver to your doorstep.
Tip for a Smooth Delivery: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Upon delivery, inspect the packaging. If you notice any visible damage, please note it when signing.
